This unit is a perfect combination of the HPB760 vertical packaging machine and the HPJ-Z weighing machine. It can realize the full-process automation from weighing, filling to bag making and packaging, with high speed and high precision, increasing production for customers and reducing labor.
The drive core is composed of a PLC programming control system, a servo power system and a pneumatic execution system. The product counting and date printing during the process from weighing to bag making and packaging are completed through the human-machine interface of the liquid touch screen. The setting and modification of packaging parameters can be easily accomplished through the touch screen. The touch screen can remember and store the packaging parameters of 10 different products. When changing products, they can be retrieved and used at any time without the need for reset.
It can achieve the required production of pillow-shaped bags, folded corner bags, bags with hand-held holes, and pouch-connected bags.
According to the specific conditions of the customer's materials and production volume, different feeding methods (such as vibrating, belt, and screw feeding) can be adopted to customize single-hopper, double-hopper, four-hopper, six-hopper products and be equipped with combination scales for automatic quantitative packaging. The weighing hopper of the weighing machine adopts a sealed load weighing hopper design, which can prevent the occurrence of funnel and material residue during weighing.
The packaging machine adopts servo motors for mold pulling and horizontal sealing, ensuring smooth film pulling and flat horizontal sealing during operation.
This machine adopts optical fiber recognition signal transmission and is equipped with encoder confirmation function, featuring high accuracy.
