This unit can achieve the automation of the entire process from weighing, filling to bag making and packaging.
This unit is driven by a PLC programming control system, a servo power system and a pneumatic execution system. Through the human-machine interface of the liquid crystal touch screen, it can complete multiple functions such as product counting, date printing, nitrogen filling (exhaust) and finished product conveying during the process from weighing to bag making and packaging.
The setting and modification of packaging parameters are all completed through the touch screen. The touch screen can remember and store the packaging parameters of 10 different products. When changing products, they can be retrieved and used at any time without the need to reset.
This unit can be equipped with pillow-shaped bags, folded corner bags, hand-held bags, perforated bags and multi-bag bags as required
