




● Scope of application:
It is applicable to granular and sheet-like materials in industries such as rubber and plastic, chemical engineering, medicine, grain and oil, feed, fertilizer, building materials, and additives. During the production process, all operations such as bag supply, bag retrieval, bag opening, bag stuffing, metering, filling, bag unloading, clamping mouth shaping, vacuuming, and heat sealing are fully automated.

The packaging speed is fast, and it can achieve full stainless steel structure of 304/316 and explosion-proof treatment.
The fully automatic packaging unit is controlled by a color touch screen and has a real-time online detection function, which is convenient for different users to use.
Bag feeder: After the operator places the empty packaging bag on the bag feeder, all other actions are automatically completed by the equipment. This unit adopts a single-disc bag supply system and can store more than 200 empty bags (woven bags or paper bags). When taking and grasping bags, it is equipped with a vacuum detection system, and the placement of empty bags is detected by the detection device.
Bagging machine: It can automatically and continuously take bags, open bags, automatically detect and automatically load bags, etc. The materials placed in the electronic quantitative scale are measured by the hopper and then loaded into the material bags, which are then conveyed to the vertical bag conveyor. This machine can achieve functions such as air claw hand bag clamping, vacuum suction cup bag opening, positive and negative pressure detection, and automatic bag discarding.
Clamping mouth shaping machine: Complete the sealing of full material bags to ensure that the bag mouths smoothly enter the edge folding machine.
Sewing and edge folding unit: It can automatically fold and sew the opening of the material bag (suitable for textile bags)
Seam heat sealing unit: It can automatically seam and heat seal the bag opening of the material bag (suitable for paper bags)
Vertical bag conveyor: It can transport material bags in a standing position to the next workstation.
Intelligent equipment management system: It is linked to the fieldbus and enterprise management software to manage equipment in real time. Regular maintenance and repair tips based on reliability technology; Equipment defect reporting, tracking, statistics, and handling of equipment emergency accidents.
